Welcome to Golden Trout Guiding Co. You have made an excellent decision! Finding the right guide in a new area can be a tough task. I am committed to teaching you how to effectively fly fish so that you may carry on and enjoy the sport for the rest of your life. Our trips are exciting, educative, and fully catered to your expectations targeting not only trout but carp and bass as well (depending on season).
I provide all the gear needed, fly rods and reels, flies, waders and boots. I also provide snacks and drinks for half day trips, and lunch for full day trips so you can enjoy a riverside meal. All you need is to show up with your CA fishing license if you're 16 years or older. I aim to keep it fun and lighthearted while getting you into the action and onto the fish!
